Your Data Stays Private
We never use your data to train AI or improve our products. What you upload is yours alone.

Your data stays with us only as long as you want. Cancel anytime and we'll delete everything.
Data Retention and Deletion Policy
Matter data uploaded by users is retained within the System for the duration of the active subscription term. Upon subscription termination or at the written request of the authorized account holder, LawLM will delete user-uploaded matter data from the System in accordance with its Terms of Service. AWS storage deletion follows AWS data destruction protocols consistent with NIST 800-88 standards.
Your Cases Stay Separate
You can only see the cases you're authorized to access. Nobody else can peek at your data.
Access Control Architecture
The System enforces case-level data segregation. Users may only access matter data expressly provisioned to their account. Cross-matter data access is architecturally prevented through robust access control mechanisms, ensuring that sensitive case information remains isolated and protected.

LawLM carries a Cyber Liability and Privacy policy through Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. Certificates of insurance are available to enterprise customers upon written request.
